Comparing brake pads
Has anyone found a comparison on stopping distances on brake pads? I'm considering using Akebono on my next brake job but I consistently hear opinions that they have a little less bite. My 986S brakes saved me in a full stop on I95 when traffic stopped suddenly. A few feet of longer braking distance would have had me in the trunk of a Toyota. But the standard pads sure generate a lot of dust
