I use/recycle the thick box, as in the same box the headlight came packaged into. I feed it a heat gun on its side (set to medium) for 20min lolll Just need some sort of reflector to make sure the heat don't blow directly on the headlight. Box is disposable, wife is happy'er
Our headlights don't necessarily need to be melted. 20~25dC warmer than ambient and they pretty much let go without a fight. Well, not a huge fight anyway (cat fight!!).
