Hi folks,

The engine for my 2001 986 shuddered & lost power last weekend. The service center says the timing chain had a problem, that impacted a shaft in bay 1, and the engine is shot.

I've never had this happen on a car before, and am at a loss on the next step. Could someone please help point me in the right direction?
