Ohms are cumulative 2 speakers in the doors at 2 Ohms each = 4 Ohms which is exactly what your head unit wants to eat. The Watts won't fry the speakers, they just will sound underpowered.
I was hoping you'd opt for the Bergvillfx cable to be the pioneer for all of us MOST users.
