I completed the horn fix with #31 O-rings from my local Home Depot in March 2017 (had been driving for about a year without a working horn & had to get it fixed to pass my safety inspection).
I completed the fix in my driveway in about 30 minutes. The hardest part was finding the O-rings. Someone had put a bunch of another size O-rings in front of the #31s on the shelf. I was about to drive 20 miles to the next Home Depot when a sales clerk asked if I was having trouble finding what I wanted:-)
