My vision is everything that gets developed and useful for another should find its way on github/google code (for instance) and shared among those who run these type of car PC systems.
You as a User e.g. if you like the "Harmonic IMS Sensor Toolkit w/ filters", you download the toolkit and click on set-up.exe, and enjoy. (yikes, thatd be almost funny... who knows)
Can't see it being fun "or useful" any other way
