I've been happy with
Wheel Dynamics on eBay. I bought my rims for them, no tires though. They do have combo packages I beilieve.
Wheel Enhancement has authentic stuff, but they're not cheap.
I'm not sure, but either one of those company may even give you a few bucks for your old rims, but you'd be better off selling those on eBay yourself.
