It would probably be cheaper to sell the car and buy one with it.

You would need to add all of the PASM sensors, controls, pumps, etc.; and significantly reprogram the DME to get it to work. This is a case of the "the view ain't worth the climb", not unlike converting one of these cars from Tiptronic to manual. Can it be done? Sure, but you would never get your money out of it, and any astute buyer would know the car did not come with it.
