The main lines are mostly the same, aside on one which fits the 2.5/2.7 cars, and the other that fits 3.2/Tiptronic.
Best way to find out is to download the 986 PET from Porsche. It's free, and highlights all of the part differences between models. M008/M460 is 3.2 manual, M009/M461 is 2.5/2.7 manual, M249 is Tiptronic.
