Haaaaaaa... you are probably correct regarding wanting to keep it. I look at the value of the Boxster now like I look at my home. I am not going to sell it so it really doesn't matter its worth. Now, my kids may care!

Will do. There is a lot of information out there and no lack of opinions, brands and models. My garage is 34 feet wide and 26.5 feet deep (900 sf) and from the floor to the bottom of the trust is 8.9 feet. I will have to frame out an area of the trust to give me more height. I am also going to set the lift in the back portion of the garage so that it will not interfere with the garage door tracks or openers.
