That's incredible, 243,000 on the clock and it has identical HP figures as new.

My last car was a Celica T-Sport 190bhp, and there was a lot of controversy behind it. If you took it to a dyno you'd only get about 179bhp, as apparently Toyota lied a bit. They pulled 190bhp, but from the engine on a bench with a free flowing exhaust. So the engine COULD push 190bhp, but it didn't. A lot of people thought the lower figures were due to age, as everyone had different figures. One guy spent about £2,000 on N/A mods just to get the original 190bhp.

So coming from that, into a car that you could dyno after 243,000 miles and still get the figure that's on the brochure? Incredible. Just another reason why I stick by my word that cars should be driven and not garaged.
