I've got a 01 S which should be the same wheel well configuration. Recommendations for 18" is:
Front: 225/40 18, 8j or 7.5J; Offset: 50mm
Rear: 265/35 18, 10J or 9J Offset: 47mm for 10j 52mm for 9j
