I haven't posted on here in a few months as I sold my 2001 Lapis Blue Base Boxster in January. Didn't think I would miss it as much as I did. Only thing I didn't miss was that back plastic window. Was starting to crack on the edges so I couldn't really put the top down anymore.
So fast forward to last week. Put in a bid on a 2003 Lapis Blue Boxster S and got it! Bought from a guy on the Pelican board. He has done all of the upgrades I would have done: IMS/RMS, new clutch, 18" Cayman wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports, stainless steel sport exhaust, water pump, under drive pulley and belt, etc. About $8000 in work in the last 6000 miles! Needs a few very minor things, like covers for the sun visor mirrors, but all in all is in great condition!
So here I am, back and posting!
