Don't know your year but if you have dip stick trust that
My Gauge can display different readings just turned the ignition on,off,on again. Not turning the motor over
If the Gauge is your only option try rolling car a bit to see if level fluctuates
If you are Sure you have lost oil check coolant tank for mix
Tail pipe for burning oil residue
