At long last I managed to track down an annoying persistent exhaust leak - with the help of a stethoscope!
It was at the rear end of the headers - on both sides. Patched them up with some high temp J-B Weld. It ain't pretty.
I'll see if it works for a time. Soon going to get some new headers and high flow cats.
