steved0x if your seatbacks are in line with the receptacle for the spinlock I think you're going to want to remove your seats. The Phillips head screw towards the bottom of the interior panel that has to be removed will also be tough to get to with a fixed seat installed. And you need some room to maneuver that panel as it has a spike on the bottom that goes into the floor and a clip in the middle that slides down into a slot so it will be easier to get out without the seat in the way. A few weeks ago I dropped a washer in there on the driver's side while removing my BK roll bar extension, and went in there to get it out this afternoon, so I relived some of my own and rfuerst911sc's pain with installing the spinlocks.
