A quick answer to one CA question. Dealers are NOT required to warranty their used cars. Cars can be sold "as is" with no warranty applied.

Effective July 1, CA cars sold for under $40K can be returned to the dealer within 48 hrs. for a refund minus a service charge.

We always recommend a PPI performed by a Porsche dealership.
