IMO the 115k miles is good as a car that has been regularly driven. The price is below what I would expect for a properly maintained excellent condition Boxster S. The price is about where I would expect a good running Boxster S that is going to need to have some maintenance items taken care of, but no serious flaws. In other words, I'd pay $6,500 and expect to refresh the suspension, brakes, water pump, and maybe a new AOS. Lots of other considerations that can not be made with the minimal info you have given.
