However, if it wasn't clear from the sub forum name, the sub forum description should fill in the intention behind this area:
'If you have done a maintenance or upgrade project yourself, post your How-to guide here. Step-by-step please, for those who have't done it before.'
Now, the "Genral Discussions" and "Performance and Technical Chat" area would have been ideal for questions like this. And I wasn't intending to discourage questions like this from being asked, just hoping that the otherwise pretty useful DIY project guides area (and this forum, in general) could be kept more "clean".
OP, I'm glad you got your question answered. Maybe the new moderator can relocate this thread into an more appropriate area where it belongs. Or not, and we can just make this place messy and hard to use, and disorganized. Maybe we should go ahead and encourage spammers to contribute here too, while we're at it?
