Funny thing happened yesterday...
We had severe storms with trees down (nothing on my house, thankfully), my garage ended up with some water (backed up floor drains), and lost power. After it cleared, I manually opened my garage doors to let floor dry out and many neighbors were out walking down the street (I assume to see how bad things were). One (I assume) neighborhood resident (which I haven't seen before) stopped at the end of my drive and yelled something out. I thought he asked "if everything was ok", and I said "yeah, nothing hit my house", and he said...
"No, is your Porsche OK?" I just smiled and said, "just fine. Hope all is ok with you." He gave me the thumbs up, and continued walking.
Didn't ask about my family, pets or even the two much more expensive Audis in the garage.
Guess it just goes to show SOME people have there priorities right.
