Coolant tank overflow drain I bet. Pour a little water on the top of the coolant tank - Not in the tank, but by the side of the cap. I bet it flows out that tube.
Roof drain tubes go down in front of the rear fenders, then come out at the bottom of the fender, forward of the wheel.
