I have a 98 Boxter and I tried to get emissions done but it would't pass
the codes on the emissions certificate are P1539 and P1691 I looked these codes up on
http://www.iequus.com and got the following
P1691 MIL (Check engine light) No signal / Control module fault EEPROM
P1539 Camshaft Adjustment Bank 2 Short To Short
Anyone know how to get into the instrument cluster or know about the camshaft adj. any help would be appreciated
