The one with the mesh looks like the first replacement cap I got for mine off of amazon. Had the same part number but was made by bilstein I think. It worked just fine as the coolant stopped dropping after I put it on. But ultimately I got the genuine one that has the mesh anyway and have the bilstein as a backup.
