That has to be a complete rip-off. Modern fuel-injected cars just do not build up carbon. And even if they did, the accepted way of cleaning out carbon from a high-performance car is an Italian tune up, where you drive the car at over 100 miles an hour at red line for half an hour to clean everything up.
