My 97 Boxster top will not recline. Although I hear the convertible motor clicking and it may be a snap cable.

Is their a way to manually put my top down? please advise

00 Boxster S guards Red 38,000 miles
97 Boxster White 27,000 miles
01 Turbo 23,000 miles
