no, there are a lot more differences. Part numbers and parts are completely different - not only springs.

Think the easiest way is if you compare yourself. Check main group 4 - front axle and Mein Group 5 - rear axle.

Sorry, i don't have a source for a ROW catalog in english. But chapters and structure are the same.
