I had a fault that was preventing the car from starting. Consequently, the radio will not work, neither will the starter motor. This shows up as a code 25 in the alarm section of Durametric. The code itself will look something like this:

W Lead

This W lead is fuse E1, which controls a large amount of electronics in the car that will cut out if the fuse is gone. Took me a lot of investigation and hassle to find it, hopefully this can help someone else out in the same situation.
