I've never had to replace an O ring on one of these, and I used/ installed the first one ever built. I have also never seen one of them leak, for any reason. Every engine we build gets one of these, and always has.. Hundreds of them have passed through the doors here.

I can only believe that the O ring was torn upon assembly thats causing this.. But there's a first time for everything.

I'd remove it and look for damage, then coat it with a smear of grease and try it again.
