I remember one time tooling along at 100 mph when out of the blue the chain snapped..........and got wrapped around the rear sprocket and swingarm ! Rear wheel went from turning to NOT TURNING in an instant ! How it didn't throw me off is a mystery but I remember smelling burning rubber as I skidded a loooooong way to a stop. Rear tire had a flat spot that almost went bead to bead I was very lucky. But I was young and stupid and got back on her once it was fixed. And as luck would have it Jake currently has either a RD350 or 400 completely rebuilt for sale............I am fighting the urge big time
