If I were you I'd start with a proper hard reset. Pull the negative cable off the battery and let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Then start it and see what you have. Let the car run for a bit and let it relearn idle and fuel trims. Then if you have codes, you'll know that it's one of JFPs suggestions. Start easy first.
