If the car has the speakers in the doors, it actually is an upgrade, albiet not much of one. Believe it or not, the standard sounds system in the S that year actually had only dash speakers.

The doors are an upgrade!

Porsche sound systems are junk!

Too bad, such a fine car deserves more than a $200 stereo.
