I wish I was close to San Jose. I'm doing stuff the hard way now, working on my car bymyself (I've never worked on anycar before). My friend is a mechanic so he helps me when he knows what's going on. Everytime I take my car to the dealer I feel lazy because i know I can do it myself (for the most part). What kind of manuals you guys use? I bought the Mitchell Porsche manual cd and another parts' list that has 3d picsof certain parts and how they go in together (example: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33649&item=2465579058 ). The scans are not a Boxster ones but they look very similar to the Boxster ones I have. I just love to work on cars myself (thanks to my friend Jerry). I'm an RC car fanatic, I used to buy RC cars (remote controlled cars) and assemble all the parts together and stuff. I did that thaks to the detailed instructions. I'ts probably the same with real cars just a bigger scale.
