1) cheap and easy, pull the bumper cover off and pop it out. It probably won't look that great though, you'll be able to tell it was dented.
2) paintless dent repair. Find a guy in your area and see what they can do.
3) new bumper cover. Might be able to find one in your color from a wreck.
Of course if the actual bumper underneath is damaged, then that's a while different story.
