You should also replace the throw out bearing, and the pilot bearing (I think you call it the spigot bearing). The fork and fork pivot only need to be replaced if they show signs of wear, which is infrequent at best. As your AOS is completely exposed when the gear box is out, it is a 15 min. job to change that as well.
