I think its pretty simple.

The one seal grey one with low miles and warranty. That's a 2003.
You can change the wheels, maybe BBS are cheaper in that part of the world?
and they look very nice on Boxsters. BBS wheels

The first wrong is the worst combination: Black and high miles.
Black paint will look new for half the time silver or grey will last.
And it will get dirty after 30 minutes of cleaning it.

The Arctic Silver with the new engine needs to be examined very carefully by and independednt certified Porsche mechanic. It's difficult to see if the engine change was done correctly. Was it done by a Porsche dealer service center?
