LUK is a good and well known brand.

I've attached a screenshot of the 986 clutch components. Best is to search for Porsche part numbers.

Sorry, don't have an english PET. But you can search for and download it on the Porsche website.

Because there are differences in 99 and 00 models you should check the date of manufacture of your car. The clutch kits are diffent. In general good clutch kits contain everything you need. Ask the seller.
