Musk said that the Tesla is the most expensive car most of his buyers have ever purchased. That's a good stat to own when Porsche prices this Mission E car like a McLaren. If you're trying to hit big numbers within the educated wealthy segment of high tech cars then you need to watch that sticker price. Porsche and Tesla are not shooting to stay at small fry boutique company levels.
