hi recently replaced my fuel pump and noticed that the skin of the wires on the fuel sending unit are cracked and stripped Im concerned about it shorting out and creating sparks inside the tank my question is is there a special kind of wire I need ? its submerged in petrol I'm thinking regular wires would deteriorate faster submerged in gasoline. any inputs would be appreciated thanks
