I had the same problem on both windows. I found a hack that corrected both, and it was free.

roll window up and continue to hold the up button for about 5 seconds beyond the window being fully closed. This does something to reprogram the motor. This procedure corrected both of my windows. I did this about 18 months ago and windows still work perfectly. Give it a try and let me know how it worked for you.
