Is this code indicating that the 02 sensor before the CAT should be replaced on the drivers side? The one closet to the muffler?

Is this the correct part?

P0154 indicates a signal loss from the sensor. While it could be the sensor, more often it is a connector or wiring issue causing the interruption.
