Just my opinion - but don't skimp on the tires. Get a decent set. These are performance cars and the tires you put on can make a noticeable difference. Not to say you have to buy the most expensive, but make sure they are speed rated and a good brand. Reduced noise, better grip, better cornering, smoother ride....
And at 15 years old - what, if anything has been done to the suspension and motor mount? While the km's are low - time can still take a toll and again, the whole point of these cars is about how they drive. Up to date suspension and motor mounts can make a world of difference.
Just a couple thoughts to add to your projects list.
