Do note that as you have an '03 S with the three chain M96.24 engine (I saw your post in another thread), you will need an engine from an '03 or '04 S, or do a swap to a 996 M96.03 engine.
An earlier engine will not be compatible with the engine management used on the '03 and '04s due different cam timing adjusters, among other things.
