Hey Stryke,
I would consider converting it to an ASF or AVI file. You can use VirtualDub to convert this or else something like Adobe Premier.

I run a web server locally on my network that I wouldnt mind hosting some vids or pics if you or other people need to. No charge obviously. I have plenty of bandwidth. I run 1.1 Mb sDSL service. 120 kb consistantly in both directions.
