January of this year I inherited / purchased a 2000 S with only 13K miles. The car had been sitting outside for over two years in San Jose California and driven less than 200 miles during that timeframe with nothing done to it. When I got it, I changed all of the fluids and drove it for 500 miles then changed them again. All is good and it runs great.

One suggestion: Before starting it up I would pull the fuel pump fuse ( on my 2000 S it is C4) and crank the engine over to build up oil pressure to ensure everything is well lube, then replace the fuse and start it up. That is what I did.
