I had my clutch and RMS replaced when I bought my car. Went with OEM, including the flywheel ( crazy expensive ) it was around 4k out the door. The clutches in these cars are rather small and take a lot of abuse, I'd spend the money and get a quality clutch. Just my 0.02. As far as IMS goes.. errr we could talk about that for months... get a PPI done. That will tell you alot. Good luck!!
