it may be that your high idle adaptation and cyl 3 misfire are related.
1. confirm your vacuum leak from the other thread. a vacuum leak has more overall effect at idle, and both your issues are idle-related.
2. disconnect maf and see if problem persists. a dirty maf can cause gremlins like this (and you are running an oiled filter ...).
3. clean injectors. improper fueling due to improperly performing injector may be the culprit.
