I don't think it's an upper limit issue, I thought of that. With the doors open, windows on both sides full closed, the passenger side is about 3/16" laterally aft when looking at the "wing trim", the rubber gasket near the speaker pod. So if I lowered the upper limit, that gap would be even larger...

I found something in my Group 5 manual that mentions a lateral adjustment, but the text in #1 makes no sense to me. Is this to adjust the actual angle of the window in relation to the frame or the fore/aft?
