11 won't fit, not without frustrations anyway. You might have to try a whole lot of different tire makes & profiles to get them to fit without very-very wide spacers, may get lucky the first time who knows.

Offsets for the Boxster ranges in the 50~55 for narrower wheels. Not sure how offsets works for eleven inches wheel man sorry

Cant help, maybe someone who've done a 11" conversion may be able to tell you what tires and spacers is needed. Get a clean answer on that set-up before pressing the Pay Now button is my best advice
