Sorry you have to go thru this. Looks to me like it can be fully restored. It will need to be repaired using a "Celette" sp? chassis alignment jig to insure straightness. Hopefully they find the guilty driver to fund this project.
Worst case scenario you can part it out for big dollars or whatever it is you trade for down under. (duty free)
