Evo, if indeed "silicon" sealant that's a very easy removal mate. Heat them in the oven at 225 for 10~15min and pry gently. Doesn't budge? throw them in the oven for another 5min at a time. Not sure about chemical to use to clean silicon from the the surface (acetone?), regardless - if any damage occurs to the lens, you can easily wet sand those (polycarbonate) and polish them back to near factory looking quality. Been there done that 10 times now lol

I've removed 2 sets of these covers, one just a couple of weeks ago.
Use a strong denim thread or string to "floss it off" and mineral spirits to clean up silicone. Works like a charm
